Appointment of a Children's Liaison Officer within the club to handle Parent / Children's concerns.

All Managers, Coaches, Officials and Referees in the Club have agreed voluntarily to be vetted by the Police.

A Club Code of Ethics document has been produced providing guidelines for Managers, Coaches, Club Officials, Referees, Children and Parents on appropriate behaviour at all times while representing the Club.

Forming relationships with other organisations that promote the well being and participation of children in beneficial activities e.g. Barnardos Children, Arklow Outreach Program

Forming relationships with other soccer clubs in Ireland and abroad to promote friendships and cultural exchanges.
